East Central Kansas Cooperative in Education is a Special Education Interlocal. ECKCE provides services to three school districts: Baldwin (#348), Eudora (#491), and Wellsville (#289). ECKCE’s main office is located at 600 High Street, Baldwin City, KS. Office Hours are M-F 8:00am- 4:00pm.
