Indicator 14 and Senior Exit Surcvey (Post School Outcomes)

This should be done any time a student leaves during their senior year or when they leave the Bridges program.  If a student is attending the Bridges program, this will not done be done until they leave Bridges, not when they go through their social graduation as a high school senior. This will include all students who graduate, drop out, age out, or graduates early.  There are two parts to this Indicator:

1. Enter the student’s information on this data sheet.  Turn in copies to MIS Clerk (Tristan Normile) and Transition Specialist (Joshua Reynolds).
2. Go to this KSDE website and enter information for Senior Exit Survey.
